Diane Dooley - Executive Consultant
As a senior executive and business leader with 25 years of Human Resources experience, Diane Dooley has held key positions on executive leadership teams. Her career has been focused in the Insurance, Professional Services and Financial Services industries with an expertise in working with Private Equity portfolio companies. Diane’s proficiency in human capital strategies, particularly in the areas of talent management/acquisition, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, executive compensation, and change management, has been instrumental in supporting the achievement of corporate objectives.
Most recently as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Committee Member of World Insurance Associates, a 500 million-dollar US based insurance brokerage, Diane has been instrumental in turnaround management, merger & acquisition integration, building highly efficient HR frameworks, and developing high performing HR teams.
Prior to World Insurance, Diane led the America’s Human Resources team in the US, Canada and Latin America for HKA, a global engineering consulting firm headquartered in the UK. Additional leadership roles include: ALSCG, a life science consulting and technology company; Conner Strong & Buckelew, insurance brokers; Alico, a U.S. based international subsidiary of AIG; Deloitte and EY, Big 4 accounting & consulting firms.
Ms. Dooley was previously a member of the Board of Trustees for 10 years with the Alice Paul Institute. She holds her B.S in Accountancy from Rider University and is a Certified Executive Coach from Columbia University.
